In my publisher document all the links seem to work (cntl+click).
But in an e-mail the navigation links to other pages (in the document, I
inserted a navigationbar) are not working. (Because an email is only one
page?)
and:
In the same document previewed as a webpage the navigation links to other
pages continue to work, but now the links to websites and e-mailadresses no
longer exist.

I want to make an e-mail(newsletter) with the possibility to click to next
pages.
Is that possible in Publisher 2003? How?

You are correct. Because only one page is supported with current
versions of Publisher.

You will need to either send as a PDF or use Microsoft Office Document
