Why does all mail in inbox the change to high importance suddenly

One of our users has managed to do this twice! All mail in their inbox
becomes labellled as of high importance. Can't see how this could occur or
how to reset it all without doing each one individually? Anyone have any
ideas?

you can remove the setting using a rule and run rules now on the folder. no
idea how it happened, unless they have a rule doing it...

Tools, Options, email options, Advanced email options, change the settings to
Normal.
