Why does Business Contact Manager stall?

I have tried many methods to speed up BCM including clealring the cache and a
new install on a clean high spec machine etc. MS tell me that it is an
inherent known issue. They have not committed to addressing the issue as yet
in a specific timeframe (as far as I am aware). Many others have this problem
and I am afraid we have to live with it for the time being. If anyone else
has an answer I'd be delighted!
