Why does calendar keep changing my appoinmtments forward two hours

I think this is happening when I synch with my palm pilot. Several times I
have missed appointments because it is automatically changing my
appoointments to two hours later.

Either your Palm or Windows or Outlook appears configured with the wrong
time zone/DST settings.
