Why does using the Refresh Method on an Access form behave differently in a
New Record than in other (Old?) records?
If I go to an existing record on a form, make some edits, and then click the
Refresh command, the information on the form gets refreshed. If I create a
new record and enter some information and then click the Refresh command, the
form goes to a different record - the earliest record in the form's
underlying table or query.
Why would the Refresh command behave so differently on the same form in
these two circumstances?
I am using Access 2007 at the moment, but I believe I've seen this same
behavior in Access 2002 or 2003.
