why does Frontpage 2003 keep loading in safe mode?

Everytime I load my Frontpage 2003 it fails, offers to send a report and
reload.
On reload it insists on loading in "safe mode" why?

It was working fine. I've re-installed it (and Office 2003) quite a few
times, and it works the first time.

I've run regedit and deleted all occurences of Frontpage before
re-installing it but nothing seems to fix it.

Try uninstalling it and then running the Windows Installer cleanup (for FP) before you reinstall it

Thanks for the response. I tried the Installer Cleanup and it made no
difference.
Handy little tool though.

Does anyone know which flag would be set in the registry, maybe I can fix it
that way.
