Can you send me a CD? 5 hours is a long long long time

This is fine if you live in the USA. I live in Thailand and your ordering
system does not cover anywhere ouotside of the USA.
As has been already said 5 hours or more is just not possible certainly in
this country anyway.
I consider that Microsoft has a responsibility to provide support for the
software they sell irrespective of the country it is used in.
Is there any way I can get a copy of the SP3 fixes on CD?

The local MS subsidiaries vary in how they do fulfillment
of product updats. You may want to contact the local MS
Office through the links on http://microsoft.com/worldwide
