Why does it tell me that my passport authentication failed?

I am trying to sign up for the Equifax credit profile for my business, but i
have signed up five times, and it says the same thing everytime--password
authentication failed. EMPTY

Sorry, but this newsgroup is for questions about security in Access, the
database product that's part of Office Professional.

You'd be best off contacting Equifax.
