Why does my cursor skip all over the place!!!!

Even as I write this post, my cursor seems to have a mind of it's own.
I'll be typing and then all of a sudden it's like I hit the tab key a
dozen times....the cursor will be somewhere I don't want it.
I have big fingers, but not that big!!!!!
I don't really notice when or why it happens, it just does???

Any ideas????

Do you have speech enabled and a microphone turned on? If yes, then try
turning off the microphone.

I looked for these options for over a half hour and could not find them,
even when using the help menu. Where would these be???

Try checking in Word, Tools->Speech? Is it checked?
