why does my e-mail come with gibberish ?

some of my e-mail comes with the message mixed up with a bunch of other
information. Also when I reply or change folders I have to agree to terms of
service or the program will shut down. It's like I just installed the program
every time.

As for gibberish in emails;
Do you have a virus scanner installed which integrates itself with Outlook?
Uninstall this integration part of your virus scanner and try again; you'd
still be sufficiently protected by your on-access scanner part of the virus
