why does my mailbox appear twice

it hasn't happened before, but now my own mailbox appears twice in outlook,
when i right-clcik on it i don't get the option to close it. i have checked
e-mail accounts, and although i have access to 4 other mail accounts, my own
does not appear, so why is it there, and how do i get rid of it?

Is there nobody out there that can help me with this??

The issue is escalating now, when i close outlook down, and re-open, i get
the annoying "Favorite Folders" again, i remove all the folders, close and
re-open, Shazaam!! they're back again. Please help me, it's doing my head
in!!!

You have a corrupt mail profile. Time to create a new one.
