Why does my outlook 2007 other calendars keeps disappearing

I have a user that every time he undocks his laptop his calendar in Outlook
2007 under the other tab disappears. Has anyone had this problem and if so,
how is it corrected?

Sounds like the calendar is not "his" calendar, but a shared one. By
undocking, he's disconnecting from the network and losing access to that
calendar.

Where is the other calendar stored? On the server? Someone else's mailbox?
Is he caching other users calendars? (open the account rom tools, account
settings and check 'More Settings' - it’s on the first or second tab.
