Why does my Outlook current view arbitrarily change itself?

Occasionally (about once or twice a month), my Inbox current view will change
the From field to a To field, and I have to manually change it back. This
also happens in the Inbox of my Archive folders.

I've asked a work colleague about this, and she tells me that it happens to
her, too.

Has anyone else encountered this? If it's a known issue and there is a fix,
what is it?
