why does my outlook keep closing out?

My outlook keep closing out saying Microsoft office outlook has encountered a
problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. it give me
the option to send error report of dont send. I have sent the error report a
few times, but it keeps doing this to me. every time it closes out my entire
outlook.

What do i need to do to fix this?
