I have been trying to set up my email account with Outlook 2003 for 3 days.
I keep entering all the correct information, first using the import settings
feature, importing from a working Outllok Express setup. Then I set it up
using instructions on the Microsoft website, then from the Earthlink website
instructions. Every time, when I start the program, the Send/ Receive button
appears very breifly during startup then disappears. Could this be a
firewall problem?
