Creating a label mailmerge, using Word XP, computer is WIN XP Pro SP1.
The source document is a word table with all the columns having a title.
(An old, probably originally Word 95 document, upgraded over the years to
send Christmas cards)
Merge using the wizard goes just fine, and I save the "labels" document.
But I can only view one page. The page I can see is the one on which I've
gone to display X numbered label. Nothing else in print preview, no way to
scroll through the entire document. At the bottom of the screen, the report
is "Page 1/1".
I know the stuff is all there, because I can select x or y numbered label,
and it pops up within its page...
I haven't merged the document to the printer yet. Would that make a
difference?
Will all the labels print when I do sent it to the printer?
Can I just "print" the document without using the "merge to printer"
command?
