word 2003 on the task bar the yellow folder to open other folders etc will
not respond. It will open but I cannot open any of the folders in the window.
No error message it just not responding. I cannot save a word document to a
template or any other type of document it just states not responding. I have
run repair from the cd but it is still the same. Please help, and should I
take word off completely and reinstall?
