Since Apr.23 I can't send/forward emails with .PPS , .EXE or .WAV files ?
The messages try's to send then it stops and a yellow bar says "Outlook
remove the Potentional attachment as a possible virus ? It does send to the
sender about 4 pages of jibberjish letters & numbers ? I've used Outlook
2000 for 8 years and this is the first time for me. Help anyone ???

Like they've always worked until Apr.23,2006 ? Why all of a sudden did it
stop forwarding/sending my different attachments ? mainly jokes etc.......

I can't remember...........I tried changing the mail format from HTML to
plain txt and the rich text but same results. I believe I did change a Active
X from prompt to enable but I never wrote down which one ? I went to
Microsoft updates and viewed the updates they downloaded on my computer and
didn't see anything about Outlook Security issues? Your slipstick site looks
good and on one site there it mention going to the registry and adding a
"Level1remove" under 9.0, Security, but it didn't help.

it's not a problem level1remove will solve - it will end the infobar message
but that is not why there is gibberish - it's either uuencoding or RTF
format/winmail dat. Are you sure the problem isn't with a setting on the
recipients end? if the mail server is messed up, the attachment can be
gibberish in the message body too.
