Why does Outlook 2003 hang after clicking URL in email?

At some point in the last two months, Outlook 2003 began hanging after I
clicked a URL in any email; I cannot for a certainty say it was after
installing PLAXO. I use:
MS XP pro
MS office 2003
The URL sometimes takes a long time to load, then, whether I close the URL
or not, I go back to Outlook and it is a blank screen with an hourglass for
at least one minute or more.

Sorry, I posted this twice, sorta. I should have replied with the extra info,
not posted again.

As a test, I uhinstalled the referenced program and I am experiencing no more
hang-ups. I have sent the info to the company. No need for replies, thanks.
