Why does Outlook 2007 preview pane no longer supports control-inse

Steve

Many of us have come to expect this functionality and it works in all other
areas of Outlook that I know about so why is the user forced to use control-C
or right-click copy instead of control-insert. This is inconsistent and I am
having a hard time training myself not to use control-insert and hope to see
that functionality brought back and I see others outside of this site are
posting the same concerns.

Do you have sp2 installed? It's working here, for me. Its not a keystroke I
use because my laptop has them on opposite sides of the keyboard so I'm not
sure what update fixed it.

I have SP1 (work-can't upgrade on my own) and hope you are confirming that it
is fixed in SP2.

Just to be sure, I tested it on a test machine - it did not work before SP2,
it works after... so yes, I'm confirming it.
