Why does Outlook Express prompt me to re-enter my ISP password?

Confused....?

I use Outlook Express for e-mail management and have about 3 different
addresses all going in. Having had 3 months of trouble-free use I have
noticed that I am occasionally prompted to re-enter the password (I use BT
Broadband) to connect to the POP3 server check e-mail traffic.

I have not changed anything in the Options menu.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Because OEX is lame. It is not an issue with your client but is what is
called a latency issue. Ignore it and don't enter passord try that. I bet
it will work right again overr time.
