Hi,

Why does pasting an excel sheet from OneNote to a message result in a
picture of the shortcut instead of an attachment?

Thanks,

Couldn't your description of the problem be a bit shorter? <bg,d&rf>.

Making some educated guesses I assume that you a file *embedded* in a
notebook and want to send the file as an attachment with a mail-messages
(Outlook?). Right?

This does not work.
Pasting in the mail editor just imports the image held in the clipboard.

One has to take a workaround and save the file to a folder for temporary
files and then import it in the mail editor from there.
