I have tried all the palm updates. This still is a problem.
Anyone know how to to fix the Hotsync problem that occurs with Inbox-to-go
(Part of Datavizs's Docs-to-go v7.006) when you send an email from your palm
with an attachment. The crash of the Hotsync manager occurs when Outlook
descides to sync its folders with the exchange server. We are using MS
Exchange Server 2000. Not sure if that is important or not. If there is NO
attachment to the email there is no crash.
Also - condition 2. If you are using VersaMail - if you sync that one AT
ALL this same condition occurs under the connected to the network senario.
I guess the solution is to work offline with Outlook. But is there a MS
solution to this - the Palm ones seem not to address this. Trust me I have
all the updates from Palmone for the T3.
Please email me if you have any solutions, which do not include
reinstallation and all that. I have tried that.
