why does 'refresh' not work?

Hi,

I put exactly the same website on two different providers. My problem is:
when i click left on a menu item and then i click on the 'refresh' button,
with provider A the present page in the main window is refreshed, but with
provider B (http://home.tiscali.be/philmai), the start page appears in the
main window. This happens on all computers on any connection to internet. I
conclude that the problem is on the provider B, but what can i do about
this?

When I looked at the source for this url it showed you were framing. Framing
can be troublesome. Look into that. I also saw you are using FrontPage. So
you would be better served to post to the FrontPage forum rather than this
forum on MS Publisher. Your FrontPage forum is at
microsoft.public.frontpage.client
