Why does "start" change with "Actual start"?

Hi, there, I have "start" and "actual start" field on "My Tasks" page. The
"start" date will be automatically changed once team member updated "actual
start" field and "%work completed". After update has been approved, "start"
field in Ms-Project Professional also changed. Same case happened in "finish"
field too.

Is anyway to cut this link so that "start" field could keep showing planned
date and "Actual start" field shows what's real happen?

Start is always updated to match actual start. Set a baseline
(tools/tracking/save baseline) and look at baseline start if you want to see
what your original plan was. Same with finish.
