Why does the download of Office 2003 SP2 update always hang ?

I have an OEM Office 2003. When downloading the Office 2003 SP2 updates, it
always hangs. The hangs occur at different stages of downloading at different
times. I have check the connection, which was O.K. I am using an ADSL modem.
