Why does the ink appear so slowly with OneNote?

When using my table with OneNote, the ink appears very slowly -- often not
until I move to another part of the document. This doesn't happen in
Journal. How can I stop this from happening? It's very aggravating...

Be sure to update Windows to Sp2, and OneNote to Sp1.

Actually, I am running OneNote SP1 and Win XP SP2. In fact the problem got
worse after I performed the upgrade to SP2...

Any ideas?

You're on a Tablet PC? Update or reinstall your graphics driver from the
OEM web site. We've see a lot of "slowness" corrected with a full install
(or reinstall) of the graphics driver. The best way is to boot into Safe
Mode and install while nothing else is running in the background.

That's probably it... I was having problems with OpenGL applications after
the upgrade to SP2 as well. Unfortunately, Toshiba hasn't released the new
NVIDIA drivers yet...

Yes, Toshiba has. Take a look at the downloads available:

About the 10th or so new item dated 9-21-2004 you'll find the nVidia GeForce
FX Go5200 specifically for Windows XP SP2. At least for my M200, it is
there.
