How do I determine that?
Bascically, it's a corporate account where 90% of the mail sits on the
server and 10% is routed to local .pst files via rules wizard (until I
run Auto Archive). All I did was go to advanced options and turn on
"cache email" because the connection to the server was consantly breaking
and getting REALLY annoying having to wait 30 seconds to a minute to read
a message (problem started with Office 2003; never occurred with previous
Office editions). The cache fixed the problem, but now my favorite
feature of Office 2003 (the "Unread" and "For Follow up folders") no
longer work (they're greyed out and italicized).

As the subject says, I turned on Cache and now the "unread mail" and
"flagged" folders no longer work. Why???
