Why does Windows installer start everytime I start Outlook?

I Just upgraded my MS Office to Office xp Professional and evertime I start
outlook,
Windows installer starts and searches for the source disc for my previous
version (Office 2000 prem.)

How do I fixx this so installer stops coming up>?
