When I want to print a document in word I hit the print icon and it
automatically prints. I want to be able to adjust the print quality
each time but don't know how to retrieve the print menu.
Ohmigawd! I didn't know it could do that! I've wasted, oh how many
hours? hitting cmd-P and fettling with all the print options every
single time.
Sometimes, to waste even more time, I'd use the file pull down menu and
click on print. Sometimes I'd use page set-up in the same menu.
Seriously, It took me a couple of minutes to find that print button I
never knew was there and confirm it did what you said. It's amazing how
different users see a different product in the same piece of software.
It is a good thing, it is pleasant to have a variety of ways to do
similar jobs. Postpones boredom. A bit.
