Why doesn't free rotate work on WordArt?

Word Help indicates you can free rotate WordArt but when you try the icon in
the toolbar is not lit. All you can do is rotate +/-90 or flip. It works for
ClipArt correctly. Have others noted this or do I have a config problem?

Have you changed the wrapping from In Line With Text to some other style?

No - "In Line With Text" was selected. When I changed to "Edit Wrap Points" I
got the pivot point to appear. Would suggest the Help be updated. Thanks

You can't edit the wrap points till you change the wrapping from In Line
With Text. For a start, try Square or Tight wrapping. It has never been
possible to rotate inline objects, and I doubt that Help implies that you
can.
