Why doesn't it install Office XP Service Pack 3 (English version)

I had a problem printing a document (rtf) sent to me by email. MS asked me to
report the problem I did and it said that there was a solution to the problem
requiring a download. I followed the instructions and it tolkd me to download
office XPService Pack 3. To do do this I had to press thenAgree and Install
button. I did this and nothing happens

What version of Office do you have at present installed? Include the suite and language version.
