Why doesn't Outlook accept that Facebook is junk?

I get Facebook emails from time to time asking if I know certain people
whom I've never heard of and with whom I don't wish to be acquainted.
So I mark Facebook emails as junk and for some months Outlook obligingly
put them straight in the junk folder so I never saw them. Now it buts
them in the inbox and I have to mark each one as junk. Other junk is
remembered to be such by Outlook and automatically goes to the junk
folder. What's so special about Facebook?
