Why doesn't Outlook include attachments when replying to emails

I get lots of emails with attachments to complete and return to the sender.
If I reply / reply to all, the attachments aren't included. If I forward
them, they are! But I have to type in all the email addresses. How can I get
around this please?

Hi Again,

I loaded the macro, assigned a button & it worked great! Many thanks!

Now it's the next day and the macro doesn't function. When I run it from the
VB editior, I get the message that the macros are disabled and to look in the
online help. I can't find the solution there can you help again please.
