Why doesn't the text boundary match the margins I've set?

I've set margins to the minimum sizes, but the text won't go to the margin on
the right. Sometimes it does, but not often. Nothing I've done seems to
change the text boundary, which I showed by clicking on that in the advanced
options for Word. I really need to use all of the paper, and yet I'm losing
almost an inch on the right side of the text.

Sorry, the link didn't work.
The printer margins require a minimum of .2" on the right, .6" on top, .6"
on the bottom, and .2" on the left. That's what I have them set to. I don't
understand why some files will use the settings and some won't. It doesn't
seem to matter if it's a new document or an old one.
