Why don't drawing objects, show in print preview or print?

Why don't drawing objects, show in print preview or print? They show in Print
Layout View. They used to show in print preview and they used to print. I
reinstalled Word 2003 and check to be sure I had everything at Windows
Update. Does anyone know what has happened? Thank you.

On the Print tab of Tools | Options, check the box for "Drawing objects."

Not necessarily. Every time I create a PDF, Adobe clears the check box for
"Update fields" on the Print tab of Tools | Options, so it's entirely
possible that some add-in or other has done this behind your back. If that's
the case, it's worth checking on from time to time (every time you start
Word if it's an add-in that loads at startup).
