Frustration. When I send an email with special formatting (color, bold, Word
table), some of the recipients only get it in plain text, even though I send
it in HTML. To make matters even more weird, when I send it to myself, I
also receive it in plain text. So that's an email sent by Outlook in HTML
and received by Outlook in plain text. This makes no sense to me. What is
causing the format to change en route?
