We installed Outlook Connector in December. Since that time we have at
least
4 people that we no longer receive the emails that they send. They are on
our safe sender and safe recipients list.
I doubt your safe sender list has anything to do with this. The Safe Senders
list (and the Safe Recipients list, but people's addresses should never be in
the Safe Recipients list) merely instruct the Jukn E-mail filter to ignore the
incoming message rather than evaluating it for moving to the Junk E-mail
folder. It's not a typical situation for the Junk E-mail filter to delete
incoming messages. I hazar that there's a delivery problem and Outlook can't
affect that. Your senders' messages aren't being delivered to your mailbox
and if that happens, there's nothing there for Outlook to process. If there
is a delivery issue, your senders should receive a non-delivery report. Did
you ask them if they do?
