Why don't my tracked changes print out on someone else's printer?

I want my WORD 2007 documents to display my tracked changes (such as
strike-through and different color fonts) after I send them by email as
attachments.

Both Users of 2003 and 2007 have told me that their printed versions differ
from mine.

I would like both 2003 and 2007 users to be able to view and print the
documents as they appear on my end.

Thank you.

One difference is that they'll see the changes in a different color
from you (you probably see them in red, they probably see them in
blue).

Another is that their Track Changes Options should match yours -- what
to keep track of, what to show in balloons, etc.

If they need only to _view_ and not _edit_ your tracked document, then
you should send them a pdf rather than a Word file -- then they'll see
just what you've created.
