Why don't the animation effects for an org chart act indepently?

Hi everyone,

I animate an org chart as "one object" with four effects - fly in, faded
zoom (exit), faded zoom (entrance) and spin. All start after previous.
Everything works fine. Then, when I change fly in from "one object" to
"level by level," all the other three animation effects are changed to "level
by level" as well. I am surprised. Why doesn't PPT allow the effects in
org chart to be independent? I wonder if I can only animate fly in "level by
level" and the other three as "one object."
