why EULA pops up everytime I open MS office?

I have MS office 2003 professional. I installed it on Vista. But now
everytime I open MS word or outlook or any other office, EULA ( user
agreement) pops up and asks for accept or decline. How could I fix it so that
I dont have to press "accept" button everytime I use office

Log into the machine as the administrator account and accept the EULA.
That should take care of it.
