why i am getting error messages when sending emails?

i keep receiving error messages when i am sending emails. I am connected to
the internet, and i dont know what the messages mean so i dont know how to
fix the problem. I receive messages like...

Task 'MSN: Folder:Inbox Synchronizing headers.' reported error (0x800CCCF0)
: 'The service is currently unavailable. Try again later.The server responded
'Service Unavailable'. '

and

Task 'MSN - Sending' reported error (0x800CCCF0) : 'The service is currently
unavailable. Try again later.The server responded 'Service Unavailable'. '
