why I can not reply sometimes?

I sometimes can not reply to messages.
I get the following error:
"the newsgorup could not be resolved"

Check the Newsgroup listed in the header before you post. Probably the
name of it has been somehow altered. Or maybe the person you're replying
to has an invalid group listed in Follow-ups.
