Why I can only open my project in writeable in administrator?

After I(PM) published project, I cannot open the project in writeable mode, I
can only open it in readonly mode, only administrator can open it in
writeable mode, can you please tell me why, my group is project manager,
thanks for your help!

Check few things:

- Is the project checked out to you or some one else? If yes then forcily
check-in in order to open it in writable mode (Read-Write mode)

- Did you admin changed any permissions recently? Ask him to check your
permissions for all groups etc. 'View Effective Rights' a free tool can also
be used for that purpose.
