Why I Cannot delete Journal folder from Outlook 2003 ?

If I try to right click 'Delete' to remove Journal folder from 'Folder List',
the 'Delete' is disabled. How do I delete Journal folder. Similarly, I need
to remove 'Notes', 'Tasks' folder too. Because of large number og filfer
present, I cannot even see all my e-mail account's Inbox (without scrolling).

You cannot delete one of the default folders. You can remove it from the
display of the folders in the navigation bar but they cannot be deleted from
Outlook as they are part of the software defaults.
