Why I can't save an existing project?

Hi, there, I have a strange problem with Ps2007+PWA.

From the project server, 2 of my existing projects can be opened properly.
But when I try to save it, a pop-up window tells me that:
"This file can not be opened.
Check that file name and path are correct.
Check that the file format is recognized by Project.
Project files saved in a version earlier than Microsoft Project 98 can't be
opened.
If your file is from an earlier version, open it in that version, click Save
as and Save in MPX file int the current version of Project. When you use this
method, project data is imported, but formatting is lost"
If I quit these files, they will be held on and can't be opend until I
cleaned Cache from my MS-Prj2007 and Forced check in these files from Server
Settings.
Actually, all my files are created in PS2007, and they haven't been changed
name and path. They also can be directly opend by clicking
Project-Professional icon in front of the file name on PWA-Project Center
list. But it will dead again when click "Save". However, other projects file
are working fine with no such problems.
Have you experienced this issue? How can I solve it?

Thanks in advance,

JJin

Hi, Gary, thanks for your support. I did Local Cache deletion and restarted
project and Forced check-in.... it did not work. However, I have solved the
issue. These 2 project are the sub-projects of a Master, once I unhooked them
from Master project, they then can be saved on to server. And then I linked
them into the Master again, they are still working...

However, I have a big confusion on "updates lost" keeping unsloved, would
you take time to look in? I posted that question on Apr-22, named "update
lost".

Thanks in advance,

JJin
