why i get the end user agreement everytime i open the programs

I just installed in my laptop a legal copy of microsoft office basic 2003 on
my pc, given my company to perform companies job. Everytime i open any of the
programs: word, excel, and outlook, I get the the annoying end user
agreement, asking me to accept the end user leagl agreement. How can i stop
this of showing when i open any of the programs described above
