Why id soen's pic up my e-mails?

I work with Outlook but I realized doen'st pick up my e-mail? Well, I need to
tell this, I've up in my Laptoo as well. Both compuert pick up different
e-mails

Set both computers to "leave a copy of mail on the server" so both computers
get al email. Set one of the two (makes no difference which one) to "Delete
mail from server after (xx) days" so it doesn't pile up and cause you to
exceed your server mailbox size.
