Why is a red screen in all my incoming emails?

Suddenly a week or so ago, all our Outlook email has an overwhelming red
screen with black typeface. I've checked all the stationery options and
looked for a virus/script thru multiple engines. Nothing shows up. If I
forward the mail to other personal email addresses (such as Yahoo) the red
screen doesn't follow. When I have the ISP forward a copy to my yahoo mailbox
in addition to Outlook, the red screen doesn't occur, even on the same
computer. On commercial/financial emails from Schwab, etc., the red screen
momentarily flashes before showing their proper white based screen. Old
messages saved in folders now show the same red background. Any ideas? Or
solutions? I want my White back!
