Why is Access 2003 not included in my Office 2003 Trial?

Access only comes with Office Professional Edition or Office Premium Edition
(not even totally sure about Premium). Small Business Edition comes with
the runtime for Access, but if you need to develop apps that does you no
good. If your version of Office did not come with Access then you need to
purchase it separately.
